at Providence Zen Center

here for a two day retreat starting tommorow..I'll check back in on Sunday night. :)

Sat with my Sangh this morning.

4 25 min sits with walking in-between, also opening chanting and dokusan with one of the BWZ senior teachers.

Thanks Mike...it went real well :) It is nice to have a supporting family (especially my wife :) ). Retreat time is such a valuable help to my practice and my life. And hopefully, a small help for the world. :)
