1 Jesus has risen! Peace happiness health love to all Christians!
2 if u have problems with ur feet, knees, but, spine, shoulders, neck
http://www.yiquan.org.uk/art-zz.html. Zhan Zhuang.
3 since i spent a few good hours in this poetic anthology u gathered:

BEFORE YOU PLAY

You shut one eye
You peer into yourself
Peep into every corner
Make sure there are no nails no burglars
No cuckoos' eggs

Then you shut the other eye as well
You crouch, then jump
Jump high, high, high
Right up to the top of yourself

Then your weight drags you down
You fall for days and days as deep as deep
Down to the bottom of your abyss

If you're not smashed to bits
If you're still in one piece and get up in one piece
You can start playing.

love u all, happy easter

SLEEPER SUICIDE

Are there signs we miss with suicides?
Dazzling stars to those who see
Families we now avoid calling on
Who are trapped, wrangling
over miniscule nuances
If-onlys, blur with tears
As oppressive melancholy - like a shroud
Envelopes the death-home

Are we all pre-programed by destiny?
All Sleeper Suicides...
Only the blessed, or the lucky...avoid activation
Life circumstance or disturbances
Caused by substances
Or psychiatric perturbances
Are never post-mortem

Were they screaming from behind glassed eyes?
Torrential floods of tears
Creaking bones and sinews gape
To the widest silent Lion's roar
That fell upon
Deaf ears

The Crescent moon
now gone - some time.
I see the face still.

Happiness and warmt.
One for the day and two for night
Where will this end.

Haiku for You

Early in morning
Try, see the moon tomorrow
Closer to Venus

    If you're not careful
You may wake up, as Buddha
    under tree, or not!

Thanks for that : Desert_woodworker and organazational.

Haiku is a difficult topic, lets leave it, as a format that is.

This is moderna.

At noon i sleep,

and i write some.
Not all

day and night.

Hard to say this and that.

Time passes,
and i can feel like i am one

with
this

poem to.

Taking small stepps, its a steep hill to go

drinking water is rare too, i keep distans and think of the good and the bad.

How is it to
say
what is

a desition.

This is a traditonal Haiku in English;

Not yet having become a Buddha,
The ancient pine - tree
Idly dreaming.

TTT,

    The baby sparrows:
    If you're kind to them
    they'll poop on you.

Pieces of a poem by Wallace Stevens..

I do not know which to prefer,
The blackbird singing
Or just after-

thnx partofit
4 reminding me of Stevens..a treasure trove
read a lot of Whitman in my youth

in appreciation >

first and fifth of
Thirteen Ways of Looking at a Blackbird
BY WALLACE STEVENS

I
Among twenty snowy mountains,
The only moving thing
Was the eye of the blackbird.
....

V
I do not know which to prefer,
The beauty of inflections
Or the beauty of innuendos,
The blackbird whistling
Or just after.

That's ok, I typed singing instead of whistling .. :) .. And on Amazon I asked what setting is best to recharge my light, on/off/or the motion detector setting .. of course it wouldn't be on .. and the person responding to my question was like Uh ... off? :tee:

well this idea fell into my lap a few minutes ago..

if i say...

if i say
that im a one cat man
it does not mean
i will not raise your kittens
just please poop in the litter box

if i say
im a one dog man
it does not mean
i wont feed your puppies
just dont bite the hand that feeds you

if i say
im a one woman man
it does not mean
that u cant have friends
just dont let me know

if i say
i am a one mind man
it does mean
that every little piece of
this shattered mirror
is the one mind
